Who will repair the fault?

Our phone line remains a part of the BT open reach engineers who will repair the fault. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for details.

How long will it take to repair a fault?

Our committed time is 72 working hours for standard lines. This is the same time scale offered for rest of our lines. Please refer to our terms and condit ions page for details.

Does Met-Plus offer any additional maintenance packages?

If I have a fault in my line, whom to contact?

You just need to call our faults team and every other problem of your line will be dealt by them very promptly and efficiently, without creating much nuisance. All repairs are carried out at a faster pace.

How are calls billed?

All calls are billed in accordance to our rates and calls all listed in our website.

Are invoices itemised?

Will I be receiving my bill through an e-mail?

What do I do if I am moving premises?
